I was wondering what everyone thought about golf sim business. My local course got a golf sim recently and they said they have been extremely busy. A couple of friends and myself are thinking of opening a business with a couple sims. It really seems to be catching on and with cold winters what else is there to do? I would think there would be real interest in leagues, tournaments and regular play. We're not looking to get rich. We would be fine breaking even if it would give us a place to play throughout the winter. I appreciate the advice.

Do they have drinks in there? I was told without drinks it's pretty hard to even breakeven, unless you have extremely popular fitters or teaching pros or something... -
