Introduction: I have an official USGA Stimp Meter and own 2 type of putting turfs. The stimp at my greens was verified by the Stimp Meter and found out that I have Stimp 10 and Stimp 13 turfs. I noticed that each game on default settings had different green speeds so I wanted to compare how they will stand based on Stimp 10. FYI, Stimp 10 is a local course setting suited for amateurs, and PGA Tour or tournament levels are at 12-14. Higher number obviously the green is faster. Usually in Simulator Tours they would prefer 12-13. This is as of April 2019 so once the developer decides to change the algorithm we might be seeing some changes to putting.
Results: There are two things you have to pay attention to: the fastness of the green (Stimp) and the forgiveness (side deviation) to the green. Games such as TGC2019 and FSX2018 had great default side deviation so no additional changes were needed for forgiveness. E6 1.6 had too much deviation (i.e. less forgiveness) whereas Trackman simulator had 1-2 inches deviations to the left. While E6 1.6 is adjustable using Protee interface, Trackman simulator do not have any option to change that as far as I know so it's important to know that before hand.
