Anybody share my pain and how do you react?

Ok, so I've been playing consistently well outside on a real course recently, not used the sim much but weather's awful today so put the sim on and spent 2 hours hitting every type of bad shot you can imagine, the only time I could make good contact with the ball was when I swung angrily, at speed with no thought. As soon as I tried my usual swing (or what I thought to be my usual swing), disaster. 2 hours wasted, not a happy bunny , amazed I didn't snap a club, anybody else experience this and how did you react to it?

My language just gets real foul. No broken clubs yet. I might grab an adult beverage.

At least it didn't happen on the course! I've had many days on a real course feeling that way. At least you can turn the sim off easily 😁. Harder to walk off in the middle of a round with friends.

I actually went to the course today, the odd good shot but mostly dreadful to laughable, inc few shanks, just come from nowhere and just after playing my best stuff. What a crazy game we all love.

I'm usually the opposite.. a sim ball striking god only to find out that I have no idea how to take a real life divot and wonder what the hell I spent a fortune on my sim for?!?!?!?
