i have bought a simulator that I m shipping out of the us. The shipper is asking me, for us custom clearance, the hs code and eccn number. The manufacturer does not know the eccn number as he does not normally ship outside of the us.
maybe some of you have already faced this issue and could let me know which eccn number to use.
