    Sim Build Complete

Completed about 8-9 months ago and finally getting around to posting some pics. Thanks to the whole forum for all the information I read and used for my build and also to Preston at Par2Pro for his extensive help. Setup is GC2 with TGC 2019. Room is 14ft wide X 20ft long X 10 1/2ft high. Want to do some upgrades as some play $$$ becomes available again. Had a viewing window put in from the bar area so guests could watch others while playing. It’s been great to use with the family since I’ve worked out the kinks. Any questions, feel free to ask and thanks again.

Nice job. Looks sweet. Love the look through from the bar.

Are those gym floor tiles on the wall? How good are they at minimizing bounceback?

Thanks. Yes, they are 2in gym floor tiles. I haven’t actually hit them hit, so not exactly sure how they would react to an adult speed shot, but my kids have and they bounce off some. Nothing crazy tho and I went 2in instead of 1in with the thought of hoping to have more ‘give’ per say if an adult ever shanks one badly

Makes sense. The carpet tiles I have offer very minimal bounce back protection and it doesn’t really cause an issue so I’m sure yours will be fine

Really nicely done! How do you like that stance mat?

The stance mat is the Fiberbuilt Practice Session. After reading many hitting mat threads, I decided I wanted to go with Fiberbuilt and the Practice Station was on sale when I purchased it, so it fit easier into the whole house build budget. I’m pleased with the mat performance, but I want to eventually upgrade to a full, larger mat when I can

Can you post a link to where you bought the gym floor mats and how you attached them... I also used Par2pro... Couldn't have been happier... Preston knows his stuff for sure...

I got them on Amazon. I’ll search for them and post if I find them. I attached them with small diameter screws into the wall studs. I’ll take a pic and describe it

I have a similar setup from par2pro... The screen trim comes custom made for your screen from Par2pro...
