I am working on semi DIY build for a small commercial space and am struggling. Everyone seems to either want to push a full blown turn key operation that raises my costs and doesn't allow me to save by doing much of the handy work myself, or only sells a portion of the pieces I am seeking. I am trying to work on something in the middle. The nuts and bolts are that I have plenty of space. The building will have 11+ foot ceilings and room to do 2 enclosures at least 16 foot wide and even deeper for depth. My plan is to build my own impact screen framing and enclosure rods/skirting. What I am wanting is help to put me together a package deal for 2 complete sim builds with the following:

I would be open to purchasing additional items such as the computer, projector, enclosure frames, etc but am also technically savvy enough to shop for those on my own as well. The goal is to build 2 complete units for around $10K each. I know that is a stretch since the QED w. refine and TGC 2019 stickers prices for $8K/unit, but it is a goal.
