  • General questions to help decide on purchase

Looking at grabbing a uneekor qed just not sure if a simulator is worth it I’ve been playing golf 2 years and love it but sims I like don’t love but do like the range option as I feel I could improve a lot with a sim in my house.

with that said how long do screens last?

when does a unit usually get outdated?

one Reason I’m kinda against the build it’s in my garage and taking up space I could use on top of that there’s not much room in the garage for friends

I originally was going to go with a skytrak but not sure if it’s worth it seems kinda garbage and not enough data to really help with the game

I also am so new I’m not sure if I will just get bored of it and it sits doing nothing

Smh. How many new threads are you going to start, asking the same questions?

I recommend just taking a break. You've flooded the forum with a million different threads that are all over the place, many of which are asking the same questions over and over again no matter how many times they get answered. You're clearly very indecisive and uncommitted. Take a step back and reevaluate what it is you want and start making some decisions once and for all. Good luck.

I just did a build with a GC2 and currently have FSX and TGC. Just the way you asked the questions tells me you are a tire kicker that should stay away. It’s a bit of work to get everything setup and running. Likely to cost more than you plan. If you are not passionate about it, then don’t bother.

I love mine! Giddy for next round!

I got a skytrack for now if I like it then will get something proper later.
I did end up paying retail price for a 4month old unit i didn’t want to wait until February

I figure the qed setup would be 25-30k and something proper I think 40-50k from what it looks like maybe even a bit more?

Where are you getting your pricing from? You can easily have a "proper" QED setup for significantly less than what you are quoting.

The qed I could do maybe under 20k Canadian but I would need a mini split and bunch of work to make the space I wanna use viable but to do things properly the cost does get up there
