  • Tips on flattening follow through - indoor swing syndrome issue

I just completed my garage build and I have about 9 ft ceilings. I can typically avoid hitting the ceiling but I will sometimes hit the ceiling by overextending my follow-through. My backswing is pretty shallow so even with my driver I don't hit the ceiling going back but I get more vertical after impact. Has anyone successfully managed to shallow out their follow through? And will that have any negative impacts on my swing overall by trying to do so?

Hi there, I have the same issue in my garage/sim room. My ceiling is 8'10". So I have a high follow through outside and I've shallowed out follow through inside. What I've noticed is at the beginning of the golf season I tend to have a bigger draw/ hook, until I work the swing out. It usually takes about a day to get back to normal. But on another note it's really helped me to cover more of the ball which for me allows for better compression.
