Virtual Golf room in my condo building

I just moved in to a condominium, and there is a virtual golf room. Nice, but the device has been broken for some time. The management office is looking for options of either repair it or completely replace it with a new system. Other than budget, the quality and low maintenance are at the top of requirement list. (I heard the current one broke very often).

The building manager and board are frustrated that this thing always breaks and now considering convert the virtual golf to a something else. I volunteered to help getting quotes and figure out a budgeted and low maintenance solution. I know there are a wide range of simulator solutions, considering this is an amenity in a condominium, it doesn't need to be top end/professional level, but I guess a sky trak might not be a suitable option either.

What options do I have/what brands should I consider? any advice and information are much appreciated.

What’s the system they have in there now? Prob gonna want something that gets mounted overhead so it doesn’t get stolen or isn’t easy to steal. Uneekor is good quality. And then after that gc hawk.

Thanks Sixmudd. the current on is HD golf. now HD golf is recommending a complete new system.

now I am thinking about a SkyTrak, cheap so easier to get board approval. :-)
