projector location

I have a net return pro series with a screen, it is in a garage with a 10 foot ceiling, can I mount my Benq th671st projector on the ceiling even though it is 10 ft and the net is only 8 feet, tia

The BenQ calculator can calculate height too...

Ideally you would want the projector on a mount that would bring the lens down to the needed height. Having the lens two feet above the top of the screen will result in some image distortion for sure.
