    If sim putting helps you great but most people develop their distance feel on either the putting green or on course. It kind of goes back to the same basic i.e. you have to be able to hit the center of the putter face no matter how hard you are hitting the putt. You can get the same result by putting on a rug and hitting the ball at various speeds at a target until you can make the ball go over the target with center face contact. After that it's just a matter of factoring in slope, grain, wind, state of green mowing etc.. all of which don't translate well to a sim setup.

    If you infrequently play green grass golf then sims can help.
