  • Help me decide ! I'm going crazy !

Used QED $4500, used gc2 $2000 with hmt $5000 new eye mini $3500 ,unlocked gc3 $4600 .No radar units, my garage is anti-radar as I've found out with my r10. Thanx for your kind comforting suggestions

You need it for righties and lefties? If so lean towards the QED, otherwise it’s dealers choice for simulation though GC2 has no subscriptions.

You need full club data? If so get the GC2 with HMT.

You want latest tech? Then get the Uneekor Eye Mini.

I'm going to assume you do not need for right and left handed players.

Choice is between GC2/HMT and GC3. Both are great, and both require no subs to play 3rd party software.

The question is this for you: with the GC3, you will be missing on club data:
      • Impact location
      • Face Angle
      • Loft/Lie (including Dynamic Loft)
      • Closure rate
And will you be taking outside to range a lot? If so, lean GC3 for pure convenience.

GC2/HMT is a Quad in every respect, except for the "cool" factor. While it can be used outside, it is sorta a PITA. Clunky, and the hitting area is pretty small where you have to move it a lot.

For me, I could not live without impact location. I also use Dynamic loft and closure rate in lessons.

GC3 is newer tech, but GC2s are rock solid so I wouldn't concern myself with that so long as GC2 has been taken care of and everything works as it should.

Yeahi second your choices. Might lean to gc3.
Uneekor nah. I'm not into marked balls.

Thanx, I don't need lefties to be able to play, my nephew is a lefty, so this keeps him away! I like the ceiling mount qed so it's out of the way and safe from garage type activities. Don't like subs so thats one strike against the eye mini .Hmmmm .

No, we're all righties and I don't see the need to have a setup for both that would limit my choices, thanx

Do you want club data? Full club data vs partial club data?

Thanx all, I ended up with a qed, good price and the ceiling mount works good for my garage. Now I just have to figure out all the technical things that I have no clue how to do! Next question will be an adequate computer needed for software and how to get it up and running.
