Looking to upgrade from my Mevo+ soon. I am looking at the GC3, Protee VX and, Eye XO. I don't have to sell the mevo if I still want a unit I can bring to the range if I go ceiling mounted. The main reason is I am tired of trying to get the Mevo to read short chips under 12 yards and putting. I also would like to get better spin readings on the driver indoors. Should I scrap the GC3 since I don't care about outdoor use? The price on the eye xo cpo and protee are very close but since the protea has not been out long I am not sure how legit the reviews are. Any and all thoughts are appreciated.

Protee is legit. Do you need righties and lefty play? Ceiling mounted is very convenient. If you want range availability then I would get a GC3. If you don't care about the range then get the Protee VX or Eye XO which ever you can get cheaper.

I love the EYE XO and Pro Tee VX, they both allow 3rd softwares and are VERY accurate when it comes to chipping and putting. The plus about the VX is you don't need any club stickers. Both great choices. I like the UI on the VX and EYE XO a lot more than the GC3.

Thank you for the input. No, I don’t care about lefties but it would be nice to not have to supply dots for clubs for anyone who comes over and wants club data. Before posting I was leaning towards the protee. First time I see any discounts I will jump on one.
