Projector question
Sorry, if this is wrong place. This is my first post. I'm ordering the BLP golf kit/enclosure from Topshelf golf tomorrow but I was on the phone with them today and I mentioned I have the Epson EpiqVision Ultra LS300 Ultra short throw (this will be floor mounted) and he didn't recommend using this as my sim projector being that is ultra throw. I'm not sure why it wouldn't work? My screen size enclosure will be 12'W X 9'H X 5'D. Just looking for any feedback. I ordered this from Dell but have not opened yet. Thanks

UST projectors need a very planar screen to have a good image and a golf sim screen isn't very planar, it'll have waves in it and maybe not perfectly perpendicular to the ceiling. Plus, once the ball hits the screen, the image will become extremely distorted. You may or may not notice that but if you do, it could be very disorienting.
