I would like to know how you set up a league some how that works if all people can't attend the same night. Just a few cousins, brother and me but to save time having us all play same night or since everyone has different work schedules is there a way to run a league where we say all play a course from same tees, same wind, pins then track scores then can take say 5 courses and do a overall top 3

Without knowing any info on which software you are using, etc., you could just use a shared google sheet or something to track scores. Put each course, tees, wind, etc the day of and then you all can just enter your scores for each course as you play. Set up formulas to track overall top 3 or whatever you want. If you don’t all trust each other you could set up a “survey” where you have to submit your own score before you can see others.

depending on how proficient you are with excel, I can share my spreadsheet/tracker with you. The first two years of the league had 8 players and we all played the same 6 courses over the season (1/month). It tracked handicaps (unique to the sim), gross, net, closest to pin, long drive, a par 3 tournament, match play tournament, etc... this was for TGC 2019.
The last year, we did a league that averaged players' scores over the season. I was deployed for work and couldnt run a monthly round, so we had folks play as they could (to a max of 6rds), and it averaged the scores played over the season (and anyone could play any course). This is for TGC and GSPro.
Again, happy to share, but will let you decide how useful it is and what you want to modify to make it your own. A lot of the cells are linked with formulas to auto-calculate the results in near-real time.
