How to tell swing low point?

I've seen some folks combine some data points for a good idea on the low point of the swing. Trying to figure that out for a better guesstimate. I know it's not for sure and I also know that it can be somewhat deceiving, but still better than what I have with hitting it fat being my Achilles heel. I believe it was attack angle and maybe something else? Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    PS Using a Uneekor XO2.

Id really like to lear this as well.

The Trackman has this Low Point, I wonder if any of the overhead units have this as well.
