ProTee VX Ready Sound

Has anyone had an issue with the ready sound not playing after placing a ball down? We just installed the VX it hasn't ever played the sound, I found the folder in the files and the wav sound plays when I click it, I even tried swapping for a different sound file and it still won't play in labs when ready for a shot.

I haven’t had a problem with mine. Send an email to Protee support. They are very responsive and have solved other issues for me in the past.

I also do not get a sound the first time it is "ready". If i move the ball out of zone and back into zone a few times it eventually plays ready on about the 4th try. If I bypass my HDMI switcher it plays the last half of the sound "dy". It must be a timing issue or compatibility. The ready sound works evertime with GSPro.
