I bought a used gcquad max on ebay and the person I purchased it from said they would give me the longin for fsx and then ghosted me and I cant figure out how to use it any can help?

Dispute the charge with the credit card company or payment service you used to transfer the funds and contact eBay and start a claim through them as well. You can also contact Foresight but I am not sure they will be able to do anything.
