That's looking pretty damn sweet so far, love seeing the pictures and threads of a guy that is making his sim room happen no matter what. Looks like you are well on your way, definitely post updates as you go along!

Looks nice but if your in uk, do you have planning permission for that? think max height allowed would be 2.5m if not.

Details of the planning permission rules and building regulations for adding or altering an outbuilding, shed, or summerhouse. Outbuilding rules apply to sheds, garden offices, summerhouses, greenhouses and garages.

It's 3m with a flat roof and 2.5 to the eves of a pitched roof in the uk. I'm wanting to do something similar but looking at moving house first before I take on that project.

Are you building that yourself or having someone build it for you? Great job I have to say

Just as father jack would say hahaha Feck lol just remember, include cabled you don't even think you'll need, just to be safe, or put in some ducting that you can fish new cables through should you need more for any reason. Better to be safe than sorry and get it right first time

If going with the ducting, you can get a networking brush faceplate for your cables to come out of the walls / ceiling that will keep it looking neat and tidy

Great plan Derek. The bathroom is key since it'll be so far from the house. Room for a beer fridge too perhaps? Good luck!

Having moved my sim around a little, all I can say is having a bathroom close is key when the sun is not part of the house. It is a real pain to have to leave your some area to go to the bathroom and come back. Now that I have a bathroom as part of my sim area it just makes everything that much easier.

Btw this lrojct looks great and I can't wait to see the finished product.

fortunately my brother in law makes home brew so it will have a full draft bar when its finished
stud partition for the bathroom goes up today and internal plaster tomorrow

enclosure sktrack pro mat and screen should all arrive in the next 7 days ...................................

still need to do the hidden wiring as i got diverted to the pub last night plus run a cat 6 cable from the house to the cave (its now officially a man cave )
