    Office basement install

    Hi!

I am new to this forum and would like to introduce my simulator install to you.

Last year in november the decision was made to put a sim in the basement of my office. The room for this is 16 x 14.5 x 8.6
The height was the critical factor but I decided to go for it even if I just can play irons and have to get rid of the concrete to get to this 8.6.
Another reason is my son (10y) who now can practice whenever he wants. Maybe this is going to pay out some day :-)

So after that I started informing which system to choose best. I am a lefty and all my other players regular so systems like GC2 couldn`t be first choice. I thought about going with flightscope but I didn`t wanted that sticker thing all the time.

Finally I decided to go with the Trugolf system, mainly because the setup was told to be easy and equal for left/right.

Computer is a custom built with silent cooler, I7, 16GB, 256TB SDD and Gforce GTX750 4GB, Dell 22`touchscreen
    Beamer Acer H6517ST

The system is now running since 6 weeks and I have to say I couldn`t be happier. Absolutely no lag between hitting the ball and ballflight on screen, Maybe 1 misread every 100 shots or more. Chipping is really great and putting more ok than I thought.

But have to say that it was neccessary to do all the numbers in the *.xml EXACTLY to the sim dimension numbers and I increased the side spin a bit. So more bad shots but also more realisitc and more ability to shape balls.

I am very impressed that the combination of the sensor board and microphone can put this out. Numbers of my shots are all within 3-5% of what trackman shows, Thats more than I expected from a system in this price range.
I also like E6 but they definetly have not enough courses for the money. Cloud is nice but there are not enough events to go for it when the free trial period is over. There has to come a lot more I this should be worth any money.

So all in all I am very happy, here are some pics. Any comments/questions welcome and please forgive that my english isn`t perfect!
