New sim room build. My money, your ideas.

I bought a GC2/HMT earlier in the year and had been using my living room as a temporary sim room. Now I am moving into a house that has a guest house that I will be using as my dedicated simulator room.
The dimensions of the space:
13' 10" wide x 23' deep x 10' 6" high.
The vaulted ceiling slopes from right to left starting at 10' on the far right to 13' 4" on the far left so it's about 11' 7" high right in the middle of the screen.
I was thinking of doing turf around the hitting area like many have done here. Currently the entire floor is tiled.

I am looking for ideas, advice, and recommendations on surrounding turf or other flooring ideas, design ideas, etc...
Asthetically pleasing ceiling/wall protection, secondary screen location, camera set up, etc...
Speaker ideas/locations when screen is doubling as a movie room, etc...

For those that have had their set ups for a while or have spent time thinking about their dream set up, what things would you have if this were your room other than a bit more space(see pics)?
What are the things you wish you WOULD have done or things you would CHANGE if you were creating a new sim room?
Again, this room will be built around the GC2/HMT platform.
I am hoping to get a lot of responses to help me spend my money to get this room set up right. And I will do a build thread that shows how I am incorporating all the good ideas.

I will be building with similar room specs. And looking to make it heavy on a esthetics and sick graphics. I might pop for a 6000 lumen for a 16 wide, hope to double as movie theater. Need to make all the same decisions as you do. Im all over the place with what system yet. Why are do you have the hmt with the GC2. You wanted club data badly? It doesn't improve any putting or shot accuracy does it?

You can put your CCE on the floor and build up all around it with a subfloor product called Dricore. You can attach putting surface to the Dricore and shim it to build one complete room all flush. Other than that it's just a sim room. The Puuting surface will be good. Southwest has a good surface.
