  • Bluetooth connection issue with GC2 and new Windows 10 computer

Help needed - I have just purchased new "top of the range" gaming desktop computer but cannot locate used GC2 just purchased. I was hoping installation and setup would be ok but I was stopped just getting out of the barn by the following issue. When I try to locate the GC2 on my iPhone it has no problems finding and connecting to it but my new computer with Bluetooth 4.2 can't find any new bluetooth devices but will find my nearby Sonos speakers and TV. Has anyone else seen this problem and have a quick fix or should I return to Micro Center where I just bought the computer to be sure the bluetooth device in computer is working?
Thanks in advance for any help

If the computer is finding the TV and Sonos, it would seem that the bluetooth is working. Make sure the GC2 bluetooth isn't connected to your phone and that the GC2 is in range of the computer...5 or 6 feet max. between the computer bluetooth and GC2.

Me bad - the new computer had a small "WiFi" antennae and once I connected it to the computer I was able to connect the GC2 - now on to the rest of the install process!
