Picking up my remnant of synlawn

So I have decided to lay 3/4 plywood for my subfloor in my basement. I am going on saturday to pick up 3 piece of percision putt. My plan is to hit off this material instead of hitting off a mat. I will be cutting an area where i can put a gel pad below the surface. I will use adhesive around the opening for the gel pad for the turf to adhere to.

I also have the option of getting the classic pitch, which you can putt on. My question the anyone on the panel that has done this, would they go with the percision putt or the classic pitch.

Also, when you had to seam the remnants together, what did you do, to do this.

    Thanks

I can't help with your questions, but I was wondering if it was hard to get the remnant pieces of turf? I tried to do that but the rep I spoke with just wanted to sell me on the full deal. Maybe I just needed to be more persistent?
