New Basement Sim Build- What am I missing? What do I need?

Hello all!
I've been lurking and reading as much as I can about putting a sim in my basement and I think I'm on the verge of taking the plunge, but still somewhat confused on what I'd exactly need. This is what I'm thinking about. What else am I missing and/or what do I NEED? Any and all suggestions, tips, etc. are more than appreciated. Thanks!

*Carl's Enclosure 13'x7.5' (For the 16:9) with the 5foot depth barrier. I have enough room for 8 ft high but thought this made more sense (?)

Some background:
Basement is unfinished. I have up to 102 inches in height (100" if using the 2" on the True Strike.) The 13' width is about my max for the space.

How deep is the space? 100” height may be a little tight depending on how tall you are and how upright your swing is.

Depth is no issue whatsoever. Close to 20' or more to work with. I'm short (5'8") and currently have no issue hitting driver in this space. All I have now is a hitting mat, a net, and a 12x4 foot Big Moss putting green.

I wouldn’t call 5’8” short. It sounds like you have what you need except for a computer/iPad to work with your skytrak and projector.

If I'm running off an iPad, all I would need to connect iPad to projector is an Apple adapter and an HDMI cable correct?

I don’t have a SkyTtak but my understanding is that if you are powering the SkyTrak with an iPad then you just need a hdmi connection to project what’s in the iPad screen. Or I imagine you can also use some kind wireless screen casting setup with your iPad too.

If you have visions of playing the tour that's prominent on this forum you'll need The Golf Club simulation software and an annual subscription to the SkyTrak Game Improvement Package. TGC and other simulation software packages are available and listed on the SkyTrak website.

Also, I've been using a TrueStrike mat now for a month and love how forgiving it is on my elbows, but I don't use the tee/hole that comes with the mat so that I don't have to move the SkyTrak around for Driver v Iron shots. To alleviate moving the SkyTrak, I use BirTee and Tomahawk tees which are available on Amazon.

I keep going back and forth between the 5 foot barrier and the 10 foot. What's the pros and cons of each? Also, curious as to what everyone's thoughts are on the Preferred screen vs. the Premium screen?
