Simulator in portable garage?

Hi everyone... new to the forum. Was looking to build a simulator for my son and I to use during the winter. All of my ceilings are 8 feet high (basement, garage and shed) so was thinking of putting together something in one of those portable garages. You know, the metal framed structures with the heavy tarp/vinyl coverings? They can be had with 12 foot ceilings for about $700. I wouldn't keep my electronics in there, but would likely leave my wiring intact for easy set-up. Any thoughts? Anyone try to create something with one of those? Any thoughts would be welcome! Thanks!

Did something like that in UK for same reason, so I'm sure that you could easily source this in US.
