Dual purpose projector

Hello all

im setting up a sim room I’d like to dual utilize as a theater if I can.
Is there a short throw projector that would do double duty as a sim projector as well as have pretty good quality for a movie as well?

My choice for a great dual purpose projector.

Works well for simulator and movie viewing for the cost. Throw rate is great for 150" screen at about 8 feet. If I was doing movie viewing only, I'd go for a 4K projector in the Benq HT3550 or HT5550 models. Overall very satisfied with my purchase. I will admit, I have a separate screen for movie viewing, using a cheap custom spandex screen over a wood frame.

It works great for simulator and watching sporting events / movies
