WGT Application

I am using the WGT software with SkyTrak. When I use my iPhone and project, I get a 16:10 aspect ratio, as I expect. My iPad only gives me a 4:3 aspect ratio. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get a 16:10 aspect ratio with my iPad? The WGT technical support team was not able to help.
