Projector that projects a full 177 inches

I'm in the middle of a basement remodel and have a big opening I'm planning to hang a screen in. I'm looking at the below dimensions on Carl's and am planning to use the screen enclosure dimensions they use for their out of the box 5 foot enclosure solution (basically a 7'7" by 13' opening).

My question is, does anyone have a projector that fills that full 177 inches in 16:9? When I went to the projector compare website, the BenQ that is frequently recommended is "too dim" at the size.

Oops, I posted the wrong projector. I purchase the 6000 lumen version, much cheaper than the one listed above.

Whats the throw ratio? The one you posted before was 1.7 and above which would mean a long way back from your screen (300" i think). Would be hard to set that up without some shadow from you when your hitting.
