Sweet setup and looks very functional!
I am piecemeal building my garage sim. Hopefully will be done one day and will post pictures.
May I ask where you purchased 1X3 strip of Fiberbuilt.
    Enjoy!

Thank you, I bought it directly from them. Just emailed them and someone contacted me. They have them buried in their website too.
heres the link, but damn, it keeps going up in price everytime I look. I paid 219 shipped then the sales guy was real cool n sent me a $50 check back also.

The standalone Fiberbuilt Grass panel is a replacement component for some of our Fiberbuilt Grass Series Mat Systems and is 35″ long and 11.75" wide. This component is complete with 3 tee holes, to allow for the perfect ball position for your swing. 12" x 35" (nominal sizing) On Course Green Color Fiberbuilt Grass Hitt

Amazon has fiberbuilta whole 4x5 studio setup with the 1x3 for 470 shipped. I wish I went that way from the start. Now I have a $300+ stance mat. Was too rough on my elbows.

Looks great! How did you attach Carl’s screen and does it impact rolling up at all? I know they sell a golf version of the sport screen but it is considerably more. Wondering if it is worth it...

Thank you! This is the normal manual hockey sportscreen, yes the motorized stealth screen is super expensive.
I attached my Carl's impact with garage door self tapping screws through the grommets and into the aluminum roller. Didnt use velcro like some do. Works totally perfect this way.

Just keep an eye on their clearance/ remnants for the 16x9 impact screen. I usually am around 11 ft away from the screen

Did you take the sportscreen black mesh off or leave it and add Carl’s screen on top? I’ve heard some people say the golf balls can wreck the black mesh screen even with a golf screen in front.

I have the black mesh behind it. I have 2 impact screens hanging really, so I havent had any issues

I see it, has anyone slotted in their ProTee sensor into this type of setup and is it worth it? Or should I just buy a cheap stance mat and slot the ProTee into that?

I'm not sure. I dont know anything about the protee setups. It would be tough to cut into the bottom of the fiberbuilt squares tho. They're only 1x1 panel sections also held together with screws and angle iron. But I'm sure there is power tools that would cut into it no problem...making it look good and precise is another story tho. Lol

after seeing this i want to change my entire plan, i was going to go width wise in my garage putting me at a 9x9 set up 10 ft tee to screen but that looks better. how did you deal with the center rail on your garage door? i guess if its over the ball its a non issue. Now i need a big ole shed for the back yard to put stuff in lol. looks good and thanks for posting photos these help with ideas but also makes me think i do not make enough money to play in this home hobby.

Thanks. I moved my garage door motor and center post over a couple feet so it's over my head as I swing now. You can also get a jackshaft side mount garage door motor for around 3 to 400 bucks. Bigger screen is better, yes. I had a 10x9 to start out with. Go as big as you can or you'll be wanting more.

Alright several questions. First of all. Nice work!!! This is exactly the same as what I am trying to build
                    1. what size impact screen did you buy and is it finished or raw?? the SS rep told me it needs to be 187x132” which is a weird size but only 111 is visible.
                    2. Did you mount from wall or ceiling? I can’t tell from pic and is the sag in the middle from the 16ft screen an issue
                    3. is it hard to crank up and down??

you have essentially done what they said I couldn’t.

                      Haha thanks man.

                      1. 16x9 Carl's preferred screen with finished edges/grommets. I have a 10x10 supertex screen behind the center section to help with extra backing. Also helps the bleed through as you can see aboutn3 ft on each sides the image is not as pure.

                      2. Its mounted on my ceiling. The other screen behind it sure doesnt help the sagging. It does a tad. It nothing that effects me or anything.

                      3. Not hard to crank up and down at all. Under 1 minute. It's just like a retractable awning.

Some people have asked about what is done for wedge shots and protecting the roller bar. I bought a 10 ft by 16 ft mesh tarp from Harbor Freight. I made baffles, looping down and just screwed it into my rafters. Makes the high shots drop right down and loop one just below the roller bar and itll help protect it.

Well I put my quarantine time to good use and insulated my garage ceiling & garage door. also cut in the 1x3 fiberbuilt strip and anchored it into the floor to stop it from sliding around on me. I bought a green bosch laser level to line up center line and get proper alignment.
