Surround sound and connectivity for video. Need Help

Guys,

I'm about to start finishing drywall and need to get a few more cables ran before I get everything taped up. With that said, I'm completely puzzled with how to get all of this wired.

I've got the following:

Displays: TV, Touchscreen for computer, projector

Sources: Computer, Xbox, TV (Firestick). I've also got a stereo surround sound to control.

I'd like to be able to get the xbox, computer, and firestick to be able to show on either the tv, the projector, or both at the same time. I would love for all of it to have the audio going through the surround sound.

I can build a house, but this has got me lost. Any ideas on how to make this come to life? Thanks so much guys

This by s0707 is a good option but there are a lot of cheaper alternatives so don't be overwhelmed by it's price.

I run a few different splitters like these. The 1x4 takes 1 input and splits it up to 4 HDMI sources. The 3in1 audio extractor takes up to 3 inputs, sends it to 1 source, and pulled the audio from the HDMI input. I also use an audio switch where you can run up to 5 inputs and switch in between them to your stereo.
