ID:	244819 Hi,I have been a regular reader of the forum for several years and have always been interested in members comments and ideas and especially the simulator builds. Hope you do not mind if I show my effort, not quite finished yet but near enough. Thought I would knock it together over the summer.. 18 months later....
Well done to all who have completed their rooms, time consuming and hard work. Good luck to those with a build in mind, it will be worth it.

Great set up Im about to put in planning for a 6m x 5m extension on my house with a pitched roof.

I have most of the components as have used outdoors previously bu too many misreads.

That room looks massive for UK you must have a very large garden

Thanks. This room is 7.2 x 4.8 metres and 3 metres high at the eaves with a pitched roof no higher than 4 metres. The is probably around 20 per cent of the available garden, so not a big garden. The challenge was building something that was aesthetically pleasing that still looked well in its space and did not offend other residents. I hope this was achieved, at least no one has complained to my face. Lol

              Hi Mate,

Did you manage this within permitted development i.e. no PP? How far from the boundaries are you?

              Regards
              Russ

Shed built and complies without pp. Boundaries 1 metre from perimeter.
