I will let some others comment on the computer, but was just writing to the thread to see if you have a recognized store near you that could build you a computer? We have a place here called Memory Express (they are in a few cities in Canada). I am pretty sure that for the same price of what you are looking to spend, one of these places could build you a computer that would be more future proof and add slightly better specs. For instance, at Memory Express you could get an AMD Ryz 5 3600 with 6 cores and 12 threads (better base and turbo clock speeds) for $10 more than the processor in the System you are looking at. Suspect you will find something similar in the GPU as well. Then just pick a cheap case (forgo the RGB lighting unless it is a must) and go from there. A good store will help recommend great components to ensure a fantastic build.
Just throwing it out there as something to consider.
PS, I just noticed this one had 8gb of Ram and I had thought most suggested 16gb.

Dax, my understanding with Uneekor is that it must be Intel. So this computer is fine but going with an AMD variant would eliminate the ability for him to use Uneekor. Personally, I don't this computer is that bad. I would recommend upgrading the memory if its a single channel 8GB stick. If its dual channel 4 then that's likely fine. I'd prefer a 1660ti or a 2060Super, but the 1660 should be OK for the money you are investing. Find out what ram is being used and try to get another 8gb to match it identically. They are likely using pretty crap low speed stuff, so you may be better off getting a matched dual channel set for a little bit more.
