I have been following this forum for a couple of years now and have gained great insight and knowledge. I just completed my golf simulator/theater and thought I would share pictures. Hopefully this shows that you can have both a great golf simulator and home theater to keep the whole family happy.

Great looking set-up. Seems like everything came together nicely. Just a couple of comments
1. I would suggest adding a platform or using something to raise your TM4 to the same height as your Teeing position.
2. Do you have anything that might deflect a ball that might accidentally get hit into that lower bar holding your screen at the bottom. While my screen does not attach to my bottom pole bottom pole. My kids have done some crazy hits and so I now have had to add something so that the ball does not come shooting straight back.
what projector are you using? Forgot to ask if you will be playing virtual golf 2.0?
again a great looking room!Last edited by Dax; 02-25-2020, 09:56 PM.

Arnold Tarpley Jr looks awesome, i'm planning on doing something similar. What projector did you go with?

Arnold Tarpley Jr while I think 3/4 (Bottom of feet on T/M to height of hitting area) should not be too bad and is well within the tolerance listed by T/M I did have a remote session with one of their tech guys a number of years ago and thought that I was level and during the session he could tell by very precisely that I was off and he worked with me until we were level. He seemed to be of the view that it is best to have the unit at the same height. I also believe that their literature for indoor set up also calls for the unit to be at the same height.
Again great set up and maybe we will see each other on an online game in the future.

Awesome room! Great multi-purpose setup. What piece of equipment is on the floor right in front of the screen? Seems risk of a thin shot taking whatever that is....out.

Great looking room. I’m thinking of doing away with my cage set and doing side curtains that retract like yours. What did you use to hang the side curtains?

Great looking build! Just a few questions....What size screen? How far is the projector mounted from the screen? How far from the screen do you hit? and lastly what is the black material you used at the bottom and top to hide the bar and bungees to give it that cleat look...How did you attach it? Thanks in advance!
