NEWB - Room Setup 3 Options - Please advise

Please forgive my sketch. I’m trying to decide the best setup for my sim. I have 3 options (2 upstairs and 1 in single car garage. Both have 9 foot ceilings.)

Option A - 1:1 ratio Carl’s golf enclosure on bathroom wall. It would be 8.5’ x 8.5’. Frame would have to stick 3.5” into opening. I think it would allow me to hit in middle of screen. No lefties which I’m ok with. With approximately 22’ from screen to window, It would allow me to use my liveview pro in the dormer.

Option B - 16:10 ratio Carl’s golf enclosure on 16’6” wall. Frame would be nearly 14’ wide and also allow me to hit in middle of screen. Screen height would be 8.5’ . Downside would be only 15’11” of depth from screen to back wall, which means no liveview pro. Stair wall would be in the way for lefties.

Option C - Single car garage with 9 foot ceilings and 11’7” room width. Would not allow me to hit in middle of screen. Feels very cramped in there as is. Depth of room is plenty big but I need to park my golf cart in here. With cart up against garage door, I have 14’ from screen to front of cart which means I would have to back it out every time using the sim. Also the garage opener/framework sits 13’ from wall on ceiling which would be possibly in the way of backswing.

I know none of the options are perfect but I’m trying to decide which would be best and if I’m missing anything else to consider. I will be buying a skytrak, yaber short throw projector, and 5x5 real feel mat I believe. Thanks!

Option B looks promising and both righties and lefties could hit from that direction with a 16' wide hitting area and since it would be near 12' deep, there should be plenty of room to hit into the screen.
