Rev 4(ok Rev 8) Garage to dedicated SIM room

HI,
I just started reading in this Forum, wish I had started here on Rev 1. Also, I've never posted in any Forum before...so really a rookie.
Wanted to share a picture of the as-is environment, which is fully functional today, just not very pretty.
This room is about 18x28 total, it's gone from my tool room/shop to being dedicated to having a good time.
There's ducted heat (I'm in MN) and just added central air, will replace the garage door with a patio door and build a dedicated area for the screen (just got a 13x9' screen from Daniel on another thread). I've got between 9 1/2 ' to almost 12' ceiling height, it's angled...lefties might be alittle tight (I only know a couple lefties and they are both better than I).
Hoping to construct some sliding wall panels that I can be pulled out to protect the new glass patio door. Ultimately want to get to a 12x9' screen for movies and golf.

At this point my plan is to make a wood frame, use easyclips (also from a thread here) and bungees, to attach the screen to the frame and build the top and the sides to be to be inside the frame edges to I don't need additional coverings around the screen edges.

I have a fiber built hitting mat today with a gym/wrestling mat covered in outdoor carpeting around it, I think the fiberbuilt hitting mat will stay and add combination of Menards putting carpet and pad. There's a 2+ year old proscreen, arrow netting and batting cage nets as well in pace today but all the ropes, nets, straps and bungee's are on the way out.

I've got questions on if the acoustic tiles that some are using, can they take a few hits or is there a mark after ever mishit was hoping to use those on the bottom of the overhead awning. Also, on the side walls if carpet is acceptable or if it has to be padded to be effective. I do want the screen to be useable for movies and videos, so it's going to be semi permanent and about 8" off the block hip wall behing and 14" from the sheet rock.

I'm open to any and all feed back, suggestions or comments maybe I can get this done before Rev 15!

Here's some photo's on the progress so far and some questions.
I've got a bulk screen, sound panels and stereo on the back walls, metal perforated 90 degree angles, plastic clips and 3/16" bungees securing the screen to the edges along with Vant panels on the sides and for the top, Epson L1100UNL/ELPLU03 and Skytrak and with/e6. Sound and picture are great!

Planning to make my own vant panels for the front sides and top fill area as needed to fill the space.
Add self leveling concrete to correct the slope in the previous garage floor
Move the light and air vent that will be covered by Vant panels
Pro putt turf 12' deep x 14' wide from Menards has arrived
Heavy curtains needed over the patio door
Some sort of ceiling protection over the hitting area

Would like advice on these topics if anyone has been here before!
1. Angle the screen back down on the left top to match the right or leave the screen non symmetrical, (more swing room for right handed folks).
2. Hitting area, I've got my old hitting flooring which is a wrestling mat covered in indoor/outdoor carpeting and a 1'x3' hitting area from fiberbuilt. Needs to be changed, I'd like to expand that hitting area to maybe as large as 2'x4' that I plan to recess into the concrete floor, any ideas on what products will provide a realistic feel(I'll grind out the concrete if I have to)?
3. I do still have a few wrinkles in the screen, hoping time will help
4. Right now as-is there seems to be too much bounce back in the screen, but it's hard to tell right now with out the patio door and ceiling covers in place, I'll try to loosen the bungees once the screen unwrinkles or go to 1/8" bungees on the sides or bottoms.
