Hey all. I'm early in the planning stages of a sim. Only at "where in the hell am I gonna put all this stuff I've accumulated in the garage" stage. So I'll have many questions. First of which is screen size and aspect ratio. 8' height. Width is 11' 5" wall to wall. So in my research I'm assuming I'm constrained to 4:3 ratio. 16:10 at 8' will bleed on the sides. Correct? I'm open to a custom made screen to get all the viewing area I can. So what's my target width after accounting for screen edge bungee supports? As for the projector should I be looking for a 4:3 native or 16:9/10 native scaled down to 4:3?
