If you saw my first build plan for an outdoor structure, please ignore that. It ended up being easier to build another deck on my house, raise it up to 10ft, and close it in, than it would have been to build an entire new structure. I now have the permits and am getting ready to start construction so its time to order the equipment, and I'm looking for advice and links to places to buy.
I am still considering doing the 20k SIM in a box with a GCQ from Costco, but when you add in the cost of swing data (4k) and E6, its closer to 27k. I am leaning toward building a DIY setup with a Uneekor QED or EYEXO. I feel like both monitors would give really good data so I am fine with either, but like the top mount of the Uneekor. What I really want is a sleek, clean, widescreen, professional looking setup. I don't like the projector on the ground. I would want to mount the projector and monitor on the ceiling or enclosure.
Here is the layout and scale of the space. I want the SIM on one site and a putting green on the other side. This will be enclosed, but the floor will be concrete, and i will have a garage door that opens up to the backyard (to pretend like I am watching the kids). The walls will all be painted plywood, and no worries if it gets hit with a ball or two. I live in Charleston, SC so major dehumidifiers are a must.

Budget is not an issue, but if i get too high then it makes sense to just get a SIM in a Box.
Here are the decisions I have:
QED (6k) or EyeXO (10k)?
The only thing I am somewhat certain of is I like Carl's Enclosures. For the 14' x 10' high space, was thinking this: https://www.carlofet.com/shop/golf-s...%289.5x12.5%29
Would that be ideal? Whats the aspect ratio of e6 and TGC?
Need turf and hitting mat to match the space and enclosure (biggest question). Really like it when it is all flat clean looking, but I can replace the hitting area after too much use. Love the ones they use in Full Swing Golf setups. Where can I get something like this?
Recommendation on the best deal on projector and computer? May just get that same Optoma that everyone uses, and a gaming PC from Costco.
Not sure if i will run e6 or TGC, but leaning TGC since its cheaper, and if I hate it I can get e6 later.
Recommendation on a good drop in putting green? Leaning toward this: https://rainorshinegolf.com/products...BoCdAQQAvD_BwE
Also need a kegerator, but that might be separate forum. Thinking Edgestar.
Thanks in advance!
