Let's talk about tees.
I've tried every type of tee imaginable. Regular tees break and fly all over the place. Tomahawk tees and BirTess fly all over the place too. Tee Claws work for awhile but break after a couple solid (mis)hits.
I've come up with a solution that works pretty well. I used a 3mm elastic cord with a BirTee tied to one end and a screw tied to the other end. I screwed the cord into a small platform I have next to my hitting mat that holds a ball dispenser, but anything you can screw into should work. Now I always have a tee in reach and whenever I use one, it springs back. I have been using this for a few weeks now and it's working perfectly. The elastic cord is key. I initially tried to do this with fishing line, but the line would rip through breaking the tee. Pics attached.
