Any recommendations on a shed in UK for a SkyTrak

Any recommendations on a shed or outbuilding in the UK that would be suitable for simulating with a SkyTrak please? I'm looking to spend as little £££ as possible and was wondering if there are any recommendations or bargains out there.

I'm in the middle of having one built (the logs are on the drive, the builders are coming next week). When I was looking for a supplier most of them had set sizes which they offered, with no room for customisation. Most of the stock patterns were unsuitable because the roof was too low. Those that were high enough tended to be massive, so too big for my garden. The guys that do completely custom buildings were too expensive. I ended up with a supplier that have basic patterns, that you can then adjust for size in all 3 dimensions. They are Keops. I went for a nearly flat roof design, just big enough for a comfortable (though offset) swing: 4.85m long, 3.95m wide, 3.4 m high (external dimensions). Bigger would have been nicer, but that's as big as I could go in my garden and get planning for it. Obviously I cant comment on the suitability or quality of the cabin yet, but they have been very straightforward to work with and helpful through the several months it took to get PP sorted. If you look at the examples in the link above you'll get an idea of the prices. All of the examples on the site have a standard (for UK) 2.4m high roof. Obviously a taller cabin suitable for a simulator will cost more. You'll have to factor in the concrete base and supplying electric and internet to the cabin.
FYI the significance of the 4.85m dimension is that that is the longest span you can have without an internal truss. Which would probably be fine in a 6 or 7 metre long cabin, if you put it in the right place, but in a 5m cabin would be detrimental for the sim. A truss is about 15cm lower than the roof beams would otherwise be, so potentially interfering with the swing if put in the wrong place. You can see an example of a truss in this picture from their site, running across the ceiling at the far end of the snooker table.

Cheers for the detailed reply! Would it be possible to see a photo of your setup both inside and out pls? Also do you use the SkyTrak in it?
If you don't mind me asking what was the cost of your build including any ground works to support the shed please?

Nothing to photograph yet, as I said above, it's supposed to be built this coming week, though Boris may put the kibosh on that this afternoon 😨. My groundworks were a bit complicated, since there was a small concrete base on part of the plot for a smaller shed, so probably best to ask a local builder for a quote on that.
