Contemplating Selling Garage Set-Up – Need advice

A few years ago I was determined to build a golf simulator in my garage, and with the help of this site and many of you I was successful. Unfortunately we have moved and my setup does not fit in our garage anymore. So here comes the issue, should I try to sell it as a complete set or piece it out? Details are below:
    • SkyTrak with FMJ – no current subscription
    • Acer H6517ST Projector with ceiling mount
    • Dell Inspiron 5675 with Ryzen 5 graphics card
    • The SportScreen
      • 16’ Automatic
      • 2” Velcro sewn at 8’6” from the bottom – for impact screen
    • Carl's Golf Simulator Premium Impact Finished Top-Edge Screen - 103in x 14 Ft

The build was pretty awesome, I replaced my old garage door opener with the LiftMaster 8500 Jackshaft and was able to mount the SportScreen as shown in the photos. The brackets hold the screen far enough away from the door that I never had any issues with impacting the garage door. I added the black material to the top with some iron on adhesive and added grommets and then placed eye hooks for it to attach to the ceiling…I did this after a few high flyers went into my garage ceiling…lol.

    Let me know your thoughts!!!

If I was in your shoes, I would try to sell it ASAP by any means. I am guessing the the prices will start to fall for the Skytrak, so try to get much as you can for Skytrak. Other things like the PC and the projectors are readily available and don't cost much. I have sold my Skytrak before the pandemic, missed out on $700-1000 extra.

Good point, I see the prices on Ebay are up there for the SkyTrak. Any recommendations on posting on the forums vs on Ebay?

Ebay, greater audience but it has 10% fee. This forum target audience, no fee. Only fee would be the Paypal fee.

I am pretty sure if you listed here at a fair market price, you will sell it quick.

I'd be interested in purchasing everything with the exception of the Dell computer.
