Best flooring options

I am in the middle of my first build, and I am feeling a bit lost when it comes to the flooring. The current floor is tile, so I'm thinking I think I should put carpet or turf over it. I have a 5x5 CCE

mat, and I would like to somehow secure it in place for use but still be able to lift it out to rotate it if I need to. Any ideas on the best floor material or how to secure the mat without irreversibly

anchoring it to the ground? Please keep in mind that I'd like to keep the cost down as much as possible.

I'm going to go with a foam insulation board base. The 1" thick ones you can get at home depot for around $20 each. 8 of those is a 16x16 platform and I'm gonna cover it with either that camry golf carpet or something similar I can find at the local carpet store.

You want some padding layer between the tile and turf to prevent the ball from bouncing a lot.

I was inspired by the Golf Simulator Videos Youtube channel for my flooring under the turf. He used carpet padding. It's very cheap and you can get rolls of it at Home Depot or Lowe's. The roll I got was their cheapest contractor build and I think it was 60cents per sqare foot. It's 1/2" thick, but you can double it up if you need thicker. It probably won't be as firm as the foam tiles, but you can get carpet pad in various firmness.

The tricky part is securing the padding to the tile. My subfloor was concrete (in my garage) so I just used some spray glue to attach the carpet pad to the concrete, but maybe you don't want to do that to your tile in case you want to remove the simulator and get your room back.
