Thanks to this forum I was able to finally begin acquiring the parts needed to build my DIY sim. Posted previously with screen/Frame mounting questions and got some great help. Was able to get started on my build while I wait for my Mevo+ to arrive. Ordered Dec. 10th direct from Flightscope with 6-7 week lead time.

Frame/screen:
Used 1" EMT from local Home Depot along with fittings from A-1 tarps following gung-ho golf diy article. Was able to purchase a 12x10 mill screen through Dbgolf thanks to this forum.

Tarp clips, bungees: Amazon $37.39
Projector: Benq Th671st. Did a lot of research and this seems to fit my dimension and needs. Also love the zoom feature and minimal vertical offset vs using an Optoma projector. Purchased direct from Benq.
$702.54 plus $48.66 for low profile projector mount.
Turf and flooring: went with 12' x 19' turf from turf factory direct. The nylon 36ur. This will be laid on top of 3/4" EVA foam tiles and cut into a divot action mat from custom design golf.

divot action: $ 157.95
Also added new LED recessed lights over the hitting area and added a new circuit from my subpanel for the lights and outlets. Ended up installing 2 lights over hitting area since im right and my daughter is left handed.

So far I'm in for a total of $4352.78. Already looking at Gaming Pc and Tgc 2019 though. To start I plan to run off my new 4th gen ipad air and I hope it holds me over with the 5 courses plus driving range capabilities. Im currently a 5 handicap at the moment and my daughter golfs on the high school team. Hope to help up both get better.
