Almost there! Need help with Projector, Computer and Screen size

I am so excited drywalling now. So I have been searching and posting a little on here. Mostly looking and trying to figure out things on my own. I am really struggling with some items now. Just really need someone to give me the best option. What would you do if you were me?

Attaching picture cause I am really close!!!!

First Picture is the back wall of the simulator. In the ceiling is a pipe I needed to conceal. The junction boxes are for the QED and the Projector. The cirlces are for speakers and lights. The backwall will have a camera, touch screen, and a place to put clubs against the wall.

Second pic with the 5 piece of plywood are the hitting screen. I plan on using angle iron and bracing to the back wall. (backing)

Third picture is showing the view from the bar area. It will have 3 tv's to watch sports. It will be behind the hitter and will have a curtain in front of them,

    Items I have purchased
    1. QED
    2. TGC
    3. Fiber built Matt
    4. Touch Screen

Items I still have questions on. Any help is appreciated. I am quite overwhelmed.

    Projector
    1. Looking on here forever and have not found what I am looking for.
    2. Would like it from 8-10' from the screen mounted on the ceiling.
    3. Laser would be better.
    4. Look at screen issue below please for sizing.
    5. Where the projector height is 9'10" above finished floor.

    Screen
    1. If I am a foot off center from the hitting area I could get a 12' wide screen. 11' would put me right in the middle.
    2. Height can be up to 9'6".
    3. What ratio should I use?
    4. Don't understand when everyone is talking about changing resolution on the computer. Just really need someone to give me the best option. What would you do if you were me?

    Computer

Will this work? It will be able to be dedicated to the sim only. Don't want to worry about graphics no or in the future. Can this do 4k?

    - PC is good to go
    - projector ... I assume you tried projector central so aside from that I have no recommendation
    - 4:3 and 11’ wide IMO

Thank you! Do you think it would be better to do 11' or 12' with a offset of a 1' from the center with 12' width?

I would go with a 12x9 screen. That's a perfect 4:3 aspect ratio with no need to manipulate the resolution at all. One foot off-centered is no big deal in my opinion. You'll hardly notice.
