Truestrike mat....screw it together to make it easier to move? Retract from ceiling?

Has anyone screwed together their Truestrike mat to make it easier to move and setup? I need to move the mat every time I use it, as it is in the garage. I was thinking to just screw it together. I know it is heavy but it can easily be lifted up enough to slide a dolly under it to roll it out of the way. Then it can be tilted up against the wall.

Is the mat strong enough to screw and move it? or would a piece of plywood or something similar be needed to make it stronger and less flexible?

What about making a platform for it and have it retract from the ceiling with an electric hoist? That could be interesting. Thoughts?

Someone has had to have done something like this? Building a base from the impact area to the screen and having it retract from the ceiling would be so easy for the portability. Could use 4 ceiling winches powered by cordless remotes?

Great idea golf4fun You could also use a canoe hoist. I use one to hoist my landing turf to the ceiling so I don't drive on it. Something like this...https://www.amazon.com/VIVOHOME-Ceil...s%2C212&sr=8-7
