    Mirroring Laptop to Projector

I am currently using an older generation Apple TV to mirror my laptop screen through my projector using the Air Parrot program. Recently I have been having frequent problems with the Apple TV not being picked up by Air Parrot and losing connection/not showing on the list of available devices on Air Parrot. Yesterday this happened 4-5 times in an 18 hole round. If I unplug the apple TV and plug it back in it seems to fix it but this is a hassle as it sits up on my projector and involves me climbing up there each time to resolve the issue.

I wanted to first see if anyone may have experienced similar issues and secondly see what everyone is using to send connect their laptop to their projector to send the image through it. Wireless options would be the best for me as my setup is in the garage and not fixed in a fixed position. I am using a Benqmw632st projector. Thanks for the help!

I have an HDMI Duplex output from my sim computer going to both the wall mounted TV and the projector. I was able to get this done because I have open attic space above my sim room. If that were not the case (and actually I was planning on not hardwiring) I would have purchased a wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver. Then you just plug the HDMI receiver into the HDMI input on projector. Since they're in the same room, there should not be a problem with wireless connectivity.
