  • Issue with Par2Pro stealth elite screen please help!

I recently installed the 16x9 stealth elite screen in my garage. I can't get the screen to roll up uniformly. I spoke with them and the rep says to "walk it up" and teach the fabric and I feel like i have several dozen times and it still doesnt do it on its own. I can't attach the SQ screen until this is somewhat better. Anyone else with this screen experience this? Fix it? Pretty let down so far given the cost.

    Thank you!

    If you haven't already...

Check the level of the sports screen where it is attached to the roller, then have someone hold the lower corner of each end of the screen and pull the screen taught. Roll the screen up while they are holding it taught and it should go up pretty evenly.

Mine still has a little pull in it but it does not affect the sq screen at all.

Stick with it. You will love the screen once you get it working.

Do you have the aluminium bar in the bottom of the SportScreen backing?

If you do, and it’s still like this - put something heavier in the bottom pocket instead, and roll it until it’s about 1ft off the ground. Leave it there for a day or 2, and the extra weight will help pull it into shape.

I have the same screen, but a different issue. The middle of the roller is sagging
compared to the ends. It’s creating a large
gap in the middle between the roller and the ceiling. Has anyone experienced this problem?

I was told by par2pro a bow in the middle of the 16' screen was to be expected. Mine sags about 2 inches. A middle support of some kind would be nice but since there is no super structure around the screen there is nothing to attach it to.
