  • New build with narrow width - need advice please

I'm just kicking off my build and have questions about which launch monitor will give me the most flexibility in my space. The room is 12'5" wide, 17'6" long and 11'10" high. When the ball is centered in the room, it's a little too tight to high driver/3 wood for righties and lefties. I could have an offset hitting area to accommodate but I would prefer a ceiling mounted unit (stationary) so looking for a wide hitting area that can pick up an offset ball position for both R & L handed players. I've looked at the Unekoor QED which would work if I go the offset route, but would only pick up shots for righties. I've also looked at the GCHawk which might work for both right and left handers given the wider hitting areas but don't love that it isn't compatible with TGC or the price.

Is there anything I'm missing or not thinking about? Would love any advice you can share.

    Thanks,
    Paul

You could put a ceiling mounted unit on a slide rail, some people have done that with the Uneekor. This company offers a 24" or 36" motorized slider, might work for you.
