I have been using a GC2 on a 14' wide screen for several years and I am just about to pull the trigger on a major upgrade. Enclosure, putting surface, Uneekor Eye with extra cameras and touch screen interface. This will be in my garage which has 10' edge ceiling with 12' pop up in the center. I plan to go with a pro enclosure from Carl's place 18' x 10' x 10'. First question, I want to center mount and hit from center of enclosure. My son is 6-2 and uses sim more than me. Will this be wide enough for him to comfortably swing a driver. We have mocked it up and it seems like it will, just looking for some experienced input from tall guys.. I have room in my garage to go with a 20' wide enclosure but would prefer the 18' if that is sufficient. the garage is double car depth and wide so I will have plenty of room behind for bags, chairs, etc.. I would really like some input on the projector. I can control the lighting in the garage buy would prefer to keep it well lit. So high lumens is a priority. I just don't know enough about modern projectors to make a qualified decision. I am researching but would gladly take any input. 4K or is 1080 good enough? Laser? Overall budget is <=25K. This will need to cover it all though. Matts, Computer, Projector, Sim. I am sold on the Uneekor Eye but everything else is up for debate. Would love to learn from others experience.
