    Turf and flooring options

I want to build a 25' x 25' putting green in which I can install inserts for hitting mats as well. This is for a high school practice facility.

I need to decide on the turn and subfloor and need guidance. Prices are in $CAD/square feet

    Turf options:
-Rymar pro putt (1/2'' pile height, $5) for the putting green and Rymar Champion's Tee (1 1/4" pile height, $10) for hitting inserts
    or
-Synlawn Precision Putt (3/8", $7.30) and Synlawn Tee Strike (1", $10)
    Pros Cons Unknown to me
Rymar Pro Putt Price Warranty (8 yrs) Putting and chipping performance and overall quality
Synlawn Precision Putt Warranty (limited lifetime) Price Putting and chipping performance and overall quality

I want the inserts to be level with the putting green because I will be using a skytrak.

    Subfloor options:
    -3/4" dricore $2.13
-5/8" or 1" EVA foam tile $1.97 and $3.39 respectively
    Pros Cons Unknown to me
3/4" dricore Durability, easy to install turf on (staples) Hard surface (less comfort) Bounce reaction on chip shots
5/8" EVA tile Easier to install and cut, comfortable Foam expansion, seams, Durability? Bounce reaction on chip shots, how to install the turf on (glue?)
1" EVA tile Easier to install and cut, comfortable Price, Foam expansion, seams, durability? Bounce reaction on chip shots, how to install the turf on (glue?)

And one question that arise with the hitting inserts: can it be laid directly on the floor or it needs some padding underneath?

So there are multiple combinations possible, which each pros and cons.

-Rymar pro putt and dricore (1 1/4" total at $7.13) with Rymar Champion's Tee without padding.
-Synlawn Precision Putt + 5/8 EVA tile (1" total at $9.26) with Synlawn Tee Strike without padding.
-Rymar pro putt and 1" EVA (1 1/2" total at $8.89) with Rymar Champion's Tee with padding to make it flush
-Synlawn Precision Putt + 1" EVA tile (1 3/8" total at $10.68) with Synlawn Tee Strike with padding to make it flush
-Synlawn Precision Putt + DriCore (1 1/8" total at $9.43) with Synlawn Tee Strike with padding to make it flush

Soooo many questions i didn't expect. Your help and feedback will be much appreciated.

I did something similar in my room and my friends room. I used Dricore and his is the foam tiles. Both are equally good and the difference is solely based on the thickness of the insert/ mat. My mat is from Tartan Turf in Quebec and he has the turf from Foresight. Mine was thicker so used Dricore and his Matt matched the foam perfectly. Both are perfect IMO.
