    New build design questions

    Hello,
I'm designing my golf sim in the new house we are building...I will have a dedicated room 10 ft tall by 16' 6" wide. I'm thinking of just mounting the EMT poles to ceiling and side walls to connect the screen, then use wall padding and such for the ceiling and walls in front. Is there any downside to doing it this way versus building an enclosure that encompasses the same space? Also, I still have my old 8 ft by 12 ft screen from the old house which I will no longer use since I am going bigger and need to buy a new screen...I was thinking of hanging this old screen behind the new one to act as a baffle, vs using memory foam, blankets, etc. Anything wrong with this that I might be missing? Thanks for the help,

This is a good video. I am going to be doing the same on my build. For wall/ceiling panels, ill be using https://foamforyou.com/acoustic-ceiling-tiles

I bought a new custom impact screw from Paul at onestopsimshop.com and there is no need for anything behind it. My buddy club head speed is 120mph and the ball bounces back maybe 2ft. Buy the newest model premium one, well worth the money
